a long-term project for transformation of "Vasil Levski" residential complex in Botevgrad.
THE STRATEGIC PURPOSE
is
to turn the bedroom-neighborhood
in a vibrant part of the city,
in a park district
with people who communicate peacefully in safety and security,
living fully, responsibly and with ease in a smart urban environment,
happy with the spaciousness, greenery and design in their park district.

in the context of the existing state of the urban environment in Botevgrad and in the world.

The complex is considered, conceived and predicted as a single organism,

They include the material and technical environment of vital human functions

due to the intensive maintenance and development of the city center on the one hand
and the chaotic development and regress of the periphery on the other.
The project for the transformation of the residential complex is a preventive measure providing
the integrity of the urban organism.
The local problems identified in the process of working together with neighborhood residents
and the recommendations for their resolution, are grouped into three main sections.
The first group is related to the structure of the neighborhood, the second to the public order
and the third - to the connectivity of the neighborhood to other parts of the city.
